App privacy policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Ravenna Group (di Ravenna Francesco), Viale Carlo Noè, 45, 21013 Gallarate (VA), Italy. Email: info@ravennagroup.it.

2. Who the app is for

The app is a public software platform for logistics, warehouse and workshop companies. Any company can create an account, start a trial and invite its own staff. It is not a private employee app for a single organisation.

3. Data we process

Depending on the role (company owner, admin, driver, warehouse worker, mechanic), we may process:

• identity and contact data: name, email, phone, internal code;
• authentication data: credentials, session tokens, push tokens;
• operational data: attendance, shifts, absences, vehicles, documents, workshop jobs;
• technical device data needed to run the service;
• device location only during check-in, if the company enables that feature.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• creating and managing the company account and service contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b);
• providing the features requested by the customer company;
• legal and security obligations (GDPR art. 6.1.c);
• service improvement and abuse prevention based on legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

For staff invited by a customer company, Ravenna Group provides the platform; the customer company remains responsible for processing connected to the employment relationship.

5. Device permissions

• Camera: documents, QR codes and photos of vehicles or jobs.
• NFC: badge reading for attendance, if used by the company.
• Location: only to validate a check-in. There is no continuous tracking.
• Notifications: operational alerts chosen by the user or the company.

6. Retention and recipients

Data is kept for the contract term and any longer legal retention period. It may be shared with hosting, push and payment providers acting as processors, and with authorities when required by law. Data is not sold.

7. Account deletion

A company owner can delete their account and company workspace from the Profile section. Staff can request deletion of their own account from the same section. Access is disabled immediately. For 14 days the account can be restored with the same credentials. After that it stays archived, without login access, subject to legal retention duties.

8. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at info@ravennagroup.it, or lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
