1. Service

Ravenna Group provides a software platform for logistics, warehouse and workshop companies. Anyone can create a company, try the service and later subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Accounts

The company owner is responsible for credentials, invited users and uploaded data. An account can be deleted at any time from the app. Access is then disabled: for 14 days the account can be restored. After that it stays archived. Ravenna Group may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

3. Trial and plans

Registration starts a trial. After the trial, some features may require a paid plan. Prices and modules are shown in the app.

4. Acceptable use

The service must be used to run the customer company’s operations. Unlawful use, access to another company’s data and attempts to compromise the platform are forbidden.

5. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Ravenna Group is not responsible for content uploaded by customer companies or for those companies’ internal operational decisions.
